Speed Puzzling Music is my go-to when I need an extra energy boast! While the tunes might be different for every speed puzzle participant, I will tell you that the idea of music is one many people use to focus.
Speed Puzzling Music Helps Your Game
When you look around a jigsaw puzzle competition, you are going to see earbuds everywhere. In fact, I wouldn’t be surprised if you’d like to wear a pair blasting your favorite music too. There are so many reasons music is helpful, but the primary reason is focus.
The familiarity of the tunes and the focus you have is what empowers you to complete the puzzle. It’s great when you want to practice too. Getting on a role with all that speed puzzling practice and you have a great opportunity to enjoy. I’ve had more fun listening to my tunes playing speed puzzling than without music. Plus, I’m focused. The phone going off, or the kids screaming will not distract me.

Creating a speed puzzling music playlist can add a dynamic and enjoyable element to your puzzle-solving experience. It’s not something talked about because, well, it’s nothing to do with the jigsaw puzzle. It’s more about the mindset at the competition. And that’s super important.

Music Helps Puzzle Play
Another thing I want to point out about the music is when to use it. This speed puzzling music should be familiar and exciting for your puzzle competitions, but you should hear it during speed puzzle practice as well. If you don’t solve with the music, it won’t have as much impact.
Additionally, don’t listen to this speed puzzling music everywhere. You will wear the energy out of the songs. I actually had a great playlist (listened to it everywhere) and after a while it became unenergetic as I knew it too well. The balance between inspiring and familiarity is important to keep when picking your songs.
